Join our Yoga Residency

We’re looking for passionate, heart-led yoga teachers from every corner of the world to teach at Finca Victoria for 1-2 weeks throughout the year. Whether you’re a seasoned instructor or looking for a beautiful place to grow in your teaching, this is your chance to connect, share, and thrive.

Details of the Program:

  • Private or shared accommodation in one of our beautiful staff units at property. Be one of our guests!! Enjoy the pool, shala and communal spaces. Wifi Included & lots of space to remote work.

  • A minimum of 5 days teaching class is required. Ideally 2 weeks!

  • Enjoy daily ayurvedic vegan brunch served at our pavillion from 9:30-11am.

    You will have a fully equipped kitchen at your cabin to prepare the remaining meals. We will give you local recommendations of where to do groceries or eat out.

  • We suggest you rent a vehicle in order to explore the island of Vieques but in the case you are not able to, we are happy to coordinate 2 days of beach rides done by one of our staff members inside the 9-3pm hours. Only available on week days.

    We will provide you with car rental + taxi recommendations.

    If you are a Puerto Rico resident we will assist you in bringing your vehicle to Vieques. We will cover ferry tickets costs.

    We will pick you up + drop off at the Vieques airport or ferry the day of your arrival & departure inside the 8-4pm hours.

    Transportation in the main island is not included. Airfare is not included.

  • You will get paid $40/class + $15/ walk in

  • Not only will you be sharing your class to our hotel guests & local community but also livestreaming it with our virtual Zoom community!

  • By being a collaborator with us, you will receive a 20% discount to use at our wellness center during your stay!

    You may use this opportunity as a perfect time to detox!!

    • Be comfortable leading Vinyasa flow variations.  

    • Must speak fluent English. Classes are held in English.

    • Collaborate with us for a minimum of 5 days.

    • Social Media Following or online community of 5K+ (exceptions can be made)

    • Practice with Sylvia De Marco via Zoom at least twice before joining us in person.
